How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking info. Refresh it as obsessively as you want—we do it too.
How do I know if my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email faster than you can say “beach, please,” with all the details: your order number, what you treated yourself to, and a warm virtual welcome to the Bobella family.
No email?
- Check your spam/junk folder — our emails have a habit of being a little extra.

How do I return my order for a refund?
Sad to see it go, but we get it. Sometimes the spark just isn’t there.
To return your order for a refund, just head to our Returns Portal HERE, pop in your order number and email, and follow the easy steps. No long forms, no drama.
Here’s the deal:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
- No makeup stains, no fake tan, no perfume – we love a glam moment, but not on returns.
- Tags must be attached and the hygiene liner must be intact (non-negotiable, babe) and in our original Bobella pvc bag.
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund and email you when it’s done. The money will be back in your account faster than you can rebook that trip.
