We know you’re counting down the days till you’re poolside in your new fave bikini – so here’s everything you need to know about how we get your swimwear from us to you.

 

 Shipping Times

We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), and we work fast because, let’s be honest, your tan isn’t going to wait.

Shipping Prices:

Free Delivery for orders over £100 EU\UK

Tracked 48 - £3.45

Tracked 24 - (Next day delivery aim) £4.29

Royal Mail (Special delivery guaranteed by 1pm mon-fri) £9.25

International Tracked and Signed - £16

EU Tracked and Signed - £11.80

 

Processing Time:

Please allow 1–2 business days to pack your order with love and sass.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Premium  Shipping: 1-2 business days 

  • Next Day Delivery (UK Only): Order before 12PM (GMT) Monday–Thursday for next business day delivery.

(Not available on weekends or public holidays — we need beach days too.)

 

 Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely. Whether you’re beach-hopping in Ibiza or chilling in Tulum — we’ve got you covered. We ship worldwide.

Customs & Duties

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees, and they are not included in your order total or shipping cost.If you’re unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

• Customs delays? Sadly, we can’t control them — but we’ll manifest fast delivery with you.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Obsessively refreshing it? Same.

 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

• Missed deliveries or unclaimed parcels

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Please double-check your address at checkout, and make sure someone fabulous is there to receive your delivery!

 

Pre-Orders or Delayed Items

If an item is marked pre-order, your full order will ship once it’s ready. We’ll always give you an estimated ship date and keep you updated with any changes.

 

 Need It ASAP?

Select Next Day Delivery at checkout (UK only) and we’ll work our magic — just order by 12PM (GMT)for dispatch the same day.

For true last-minute bikini emergencies (we’ve been there), email us before placing your order and we’ll do everything we can to save the day.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bobella bikini as much as we loved creating it. If your piece isn’t quite the perfect fit, don’t worry — we’ve made returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

 Returns:

  • You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers intact. Including the Bobella pvc bag. 
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, makeup, fake tan or damage.

 Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are free within the same country of purchase.
  • If you’d like a different size or color, simply request an exchange when you start your return.
  • Once we receive your original item, your new bikini will be shipped out to you.

 

 How to start a return:

  1. Download our returns form 
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Choose whether you’d like a return or exchange.
  4. Print your return slip and send your bikini back to us via your own tracked postage. 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and approve your return.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Final Sale items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pro tip: Try your bikini on over underwear when you first receive it to ensure the fit — this keeps everything fresh and returnable if needed.
